Is there an easy way to grate carrots??

I also have a 7-cup Cuisinart. I don't use it much, but it does a nice job making nut butter. I've also used it to slice French green beans picked from my garden - for DH and DD.

Garina - I'm glad you found it while it was still on sale. I really like it.

Gloria - Thanks for the tips about the green beans and nut butters. Thanks to this forum, I have just discovered almond butter, and this will make it convenient to try others as well. It's a whole new world. Now I get what others like about peanut butter since I've avoided that my entire life! :grin:
