Hi Angy,

It's nice to see a post by you. I've been wondering how you were doing.

I seem to be doing OK -- can't complain. Since the last time you visited here, I've cut casein out of my diet (permanently). It didn't cause any symptoms, so I thought that it was OK, but last December I ordered a test from EnteroLab because I thought that I was having cross-contamination problems with gluten (and sure enough I was), and while I was at it I ordered a test for casein. My casein antibody test result was 24. Apparently, just because we might be asymptomatic doesn't mean that we're not producing antibodies.

The only other news I have is that I'm almost through with the book -- I'm doing the final editing of the next to last chapter, so hopefully, one of these days I'll actually finish it.

Hi Angy!

I'm still here. Like you, I have good and bad days. At the moment I'm dealing with a UTI. Now I'm in the loo all day long!

It's nice to "hear" from you again.

Angy,

The title is Microscopic Colitis. I won't set any speed records -- I've been working on it a little over 2 years now.

Unless I change my mind before I order an ISBN number, the half-title will be What Really Causes Microscopic Colitis, Celiac Disease, and Other Autoimmune Diseases?
