great wet rub for pork loin

Post by Leah »

Hi All. Just thought I'd share a great wet rub for pork loin. The measurements are approximate.
Feel free to tweak it.

2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 t. sweet mustard
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 pressed garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. finely chopped rosemary
1 1/2 t. coarse salt
1/2 t. ground pepper

Just mix it all together. Score the pork all over. Spread the paste on both sides. I like to do this early in the day and let it sit in the fridge. Then I just roast it at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes for a small loin. let it rest before cutting. DELICIOUS!

Hi Leah,

I made this yesterday for dinner. Thanks for sharing! It was really good! I kind of forgot how good rosemary is. Brandy
