Has anyone heard of or tried this? It's expensive but might be worth trying.

Coconut sugar is low-glycemic and probably a lot less expensive than this product, though more expensive than other sweeteners. FWIW, this sounds like hype, but I haven't done more than briefly look into it through your link.
