A glass of wine here & there is enough for me. I am in Orange County Leah and Leslie. When you decide to come south to see your sister, let Leslie & I know. We 'll find common ground to meet.

P.s. I do like to cook. It's more of a challenge than It used to be but still is a creative outlet.

Ok, confession time! I smoke regularly every night before bedtime. I found that when I do smoke a little and believe me it's not a lot but when I do, I don't get nocturnal D. I live in MI where medicinal use is allowed however even tho my own GP recommended I get a use permit I'm afraid having my name on that registry will somehow come back to bite me on the butt. I also find that smoking helps with my bm's in the morning. I only have on average 3 now as opposed to five or six. That said, this could be a part of the healing process. It certainly has been long and slow but I'm finding I have other complications. The GI nurse said my ANA was elevated. I didn't know what questions to ask when she told me this so I'm just trying to educate myself as much as I can before my appointment with the doctor next month. So until then, I remain a closet smoker trying to navigate my way around a disease that this group knows more about than most GI docs.
ha ha ha Zizzle. You must spend a lot of time researching. You always seem to have the article that has some useful information :)....... pot before bed? I would never sleep! If I smoke any less then 6 hours before I go to bed, my brain never shuts off. Just goes to show you how different we all are.
