I'm buying online and dosing myself. I don't think Mayo will prescribe an NDT. MZH, I also have sleep apnea, esophageal spasms and arthritis (depending on the day you ask!). Doctors don't like natural desiccated thyroid as they believe the dosage isn't consistent.
A lot of people on it, however, think it's much more effective than the Synthroid.
