I have tennis elbow - that's the pain in my right elbow. Have to wear a brace all the time.
I probably have carpal tunnel syndrome - they will schedule me for an EMG ASAP - depending on the results, refer for surgery.

Now, Margie, I am very sorry to hear about your tennis elbow. But now I am wondering if I have tennis hips. I've had this pain for years (before MC) and the doctors can find nothing with xrays and MRIs I wonder if it is a nerve? Or nerves? Thanks for giving me a new way to approach this whole business.
Now blood in the urine.....that's scary. I went to a urologist for frequent UTIs and he did a bladder-oscopy on me. He looked into my bladder with another one of those damn flashlights on a rope. Fortunately, there was no prep for that and I was pretty heavily sedated. The urologist found out that I have very thin bladder walls and that bacteria could be seeping through from "other" areas. He had me wear a catheter for three days at home (which was awful) while taking Cipro. At the end of all of that I guess we killed all the bad bacteria because I haven't had a UTI since. Knock on wood. I hope that this is something similar to what you have and not a stone of some kind. It was a week I don't want to go through again anytime soon, but I think it was much better than what has been going on with Lou.
Hey Mars we need a little "old" lady smiley don't we? Ha Ha! I am sorry you have Tennis Elbow....I was diagnosed with that about 4 yrs ago and my doctor told me it could come and go. Which it did...haven't had it for about 1 yr. Every so often It hurts for a short time. I hope your meds work. I'd like to know as I saw where you said it was sometimes used in Knee replacements...and Mine is coming soon...the 26th Love Oma
