Anyone heard of Cat's Claw?

Anyone heard of Cat's Claw?

Doing some googling and came across Cat's Claw for inflammation - anyone have any input?

Ive heard of it but never really checked into what\the do's and donts are-=-

I have a book,my DIL, gave me on these things---will check it out and see what it all does for ya---other than de-flame the in-flammed!!! :lol:

And if U go to a health store they will sell U the *whole* Magilla !!!!

Been there---done it!!! with bad results----

Gotta get hair cut---cue to the fact that I took the scissors and did my own *cutting* away and hate to tell U what I look like!!!

I don't know if cat's claw and devil's claw are the same thing, but while searching around, I found devil's claw mentioned several time as a treatment for inflammation. That's all I know about it.

I have heard of cats claw. It's an herb for inflamation. I took it years ago for arthritis before my arthritis got real bad. With some herbs you have to take them for a little while before you feel significant results...others it's an imediate response. I experiment with herbs...They have not hurt me yet. Of course there are some Like Ginger that will thin the blood...so you have to research them and make sure they don't cause problems with your current meds. Love Oma
