Cynthia, I am so glad you are using the app! It is a lifesaver for me! Have to say again, I can't live without my Histame! I ran out Thursday and have been miserable. Very much like your Zyrtec incident, but I am still taking Zyrtec. It is not enough. Had to order the Histame overnight from Amazon. I think my mast cell issues must be very bad. And I have been so confused about fructose, etc. I tried to eat blueberries the other day and that was a no go! Yesterday tried peas, worst reaction yet! (I know legumes are bad!) Wondering what veggies everyone else eats. I so far can only eat broccoli, asparagus, squash, and carrots.

Mary Beth, I am glad I found this thread...Is it correct that you were actually diagnosed with Mastocytic Enterocolitis. I was searching for you to PM, but this seems as appropriate of a place to ask you a few questions. I have such a horrible histamine problem that I am fairly certain that I have mast cell issues. My doctor is very hard headed and refuses to test me for anything since she is certain my only issue is LC. I am going to see her in two weeks and am trying to figure out how to phrase it gently enough to make her consider re-staining my biopsy. One of the questions I had for you was about the medication you take. Are you strictly on Zyrtec? Did you have to take anything else at the beginning? Do you know if anyone has had experience with Sodium Cromolyn?
