Joe,
Reading your post put a big lump in my throat. We just never know what new challenges tomorrow may bring. I'm sure you're feeling overwhelmed and maybe even helpless at this point, but as more information becomes available, you'll find the strength to analyze the problem and develop a plan of action, based on test results and your doctors' advice and insight. Uncertainty breeds fear and a feeling of hopelessness, but as you're well aware, knowledge is very empowering, and once you have a plan, the outlook will brighten.
We're all pulling for you, and we'll be here whenever you care to share anything at all with us. The porch light is always on.
In the meantime, you'll be in our thoughts and prayers. You have touched countless lives all over he world. If there is anything that we can do to help, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Tex

Dearest Joe,
I read your post and immediately got very sad but then thought that if there is anyone who can handle health issues and totally analyze a situation and set a course of action it would be you. Still made me cry though. You are truly a friend even though we have never met. Your posts are inspirational and based on fact and experience. You have been our ambassador and shared your fun times will all of us meeting other members of the board. I fully understand your need for privacy but remember we are always here for you.
My prayers will be with you throughout this and hopefully, the tests will prove more positive than you feel now.
With much love, Maggie
