Multi Vitamins

Post by DebE13 »

Any good suggestions for a safe multi vitamin? I just bought some for my son and felt disgusted when I opened the bottle and they are a bright blue color. Do they really need to add the dyes, it's just a vitamin! I have to get some for myself and would rather buy something that's has been tried. I've been getting the Carlson Solar D gems that Zizzle suggested and I feel much more comfortable in taking them. I still have enough mysteries to figure out. I'm comfortable with my fish oil from Ortho Molecular Products (also a local company, which I like) that my doc said helps with dry eye. I'm still struggling with fatigue and eye issues so I thought a good multi-vitamin might help given my diet doesn't seem the most balanced.

Hi Deb13,

I'm not taking any multis at present but I believe there has been talk previously that some take the Freeda multivitamin as it is more pure. I think you can google Freeda.

Hope you get a chance to enjoy your lake house this summer! Brandy
