Has anyone tried this probiotic? Online it says its supposedly dairy free but does anyone know if it's casein free as well?
Thanks!

Jenny I have not tried that one, I have tried a few different 'safe' ones over the past couple of years and each of them seems to cause more problems. I'm not sure why but it seems that several of the members here have reported similar problems.

Dear Jenny,

I think I am like Joe. Just tried a "non-dairy one" and it gave me D within 20 minutes. I have yet to find a probiotic that I do not react too.

Best wishes, Ant

Jenny,

If it's dairy-free it has to be casein-free. Check this:

Jenny,

I'm in the same boat as Joe and Ant. I have tried numerous probiotics, including VSL#3, and I reacted negatively to every one of them. Sigh. Good luck.

Hugs,

I use VSL3 and have not reacted negatively to it. I do beleive it helps me. FYI, it is very pricy and I have to special order it at Walgreens.

I decided to try this Probiotic. How many capsules are you taking daily?
Thanks,

Cathy,

I take 2 per day - directions say you can take 2-8 per day.
