I haven't tried them yet, but I did send them an email asking about ingredients. I always have a problem because I can't have rice.
They answered very quickly, and I am thinking of calling and consulting on what I can try.

WOW - thanks for posting this, Lesley! There is a local bakery near me that says they make gluten-free fresh baked goods every Wednesday. Although I have been tempted, I also don't believe they could do it.

They are very well known in this area and have a great reputation. Have tried their products and was very happy with them. However, I do not do a lot of GF treats anymore - just try to work around it.
