Anyone try yellow split pea flour

Post by racenfan »

I am wondering if anyone has tried this, especially those who can't have rice flour. It looks like a great alternative and maybe not as gritty as rice flour, but I can't figure out if it is millet somewhere that doesn't process wheat.

Would 'split pea' be a legume? If so, unless you can tolerate legumes, I would not want to risk it.

Best wishes, Any
