I know you have been ill.....but are you doing any better Wayne? I hope you are feeling better. I was judt concerned that you were ok. Love Oma
Hi Oma,
I'm out of bed, and able to drink water now, but can't seem to eat anything significant. All I've been able to eat all day long, is one poached egg, and half a frozen banana, (for the potassium). I don't believe my digestive system is quite back into operation again, and so most of the few things that I'm not intolerant of, don't seem very appealing, at this point. I just have no desire to eat anything, after 5 days without anything but a little chicken broth. I don't want to abort the recovery, by eating something I can't handle, either.
The pain is pretty much gone, except for occasional minor spasms, but I have no energy, (naturally). Hopefully, tromorrow will be better.
Love,
Wayne

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
