Hi Joe,
Interesting that you did the MRT test first. Seems like most take the 15-or so antigen one at enterolab. Some do that one first, they wait and then later, if necessary, do the MRT one.
I looked on MRT's website and couldn't figure out which one would be appropriate for me. I don't remember seeing panels with explanations and prices. Maybe I should call them and let them explain. You remember which test you took?
I don't really know what I am allergic to. I went GF and DF on my own volition a few months ago knowing that they were major irritants. Then suddenly I started having debilitating nausea and I figured it must be nutrition related without actually being able to identify the culprits.
Curious.
You put me to thinking about which test would be appropriate for me, since I am actually clueless as to what causes all my discomfort. I guess I better do a little homework...
Thanks, Joe for answering and sharing your experience.
Regards,
Monique

Monique I chose the MRT testing first as I had prior to the tests spent almost a year carefully keeping a food diary and working through my intolerances. For me that was more or less what the Enterolab testing would have provided. At that point the MRT testing was the next level and I found the benefit to be that. It really helped to refine my diet.
I would say that if you have not been able to sort out most of your intolerances, the Enterolab testing may be the best first step.
