First let me thank you all for the shared experiences. Advice I followed in this forum got me to feel normal again for some time. I have experimented with GF and Paleo diets, both brought some relief.
About 3 weeks ago I resigned from my job because a different company offered me a better position. At this time I was eating a 80/20 paleo diet meaning I wasnt as religious about it as I should have been, 80% of the week I followed the diet and 20% I didnt. I started eating paleo so I could get off of Apriso which already had my MC under control. I think the stress from my last week of work with a couple consecutive weekends of celebrating (involving alcohol) my new job sparked my first relapse.
This relapse doesnt feel anything like before. I can feel gut spasms but in a completely new area, where I think my bladder is. I am nauseous and the fatigue is debilitating almost. As I am typing this the words move on the screen. Whats really got me confused is that my # of BMs has not increased.
Could too much Kefir cause something like this? I was drinking 2 cups a day for about a week. Guess I get to start over with boneless chicken breast and rice diet and see what happens. Any other tips would be much appreciated, I need to get over this asap so my new company doesnt get a bad first impression.
Success with Paleo but experiencing first relapse I think

Sorry you have relapsed, especially just before a new job!.
I am no expert but it sounds like you could have fever, what with the nausea and dizzyness (moving type). Have you checked your temperature?. I am sure others will respond, all I can say is drink lots of water (and keep off any caffeine).
best wishes and hope you improve soon, ant

Isn't kefir fermented? If so, it probably either contains or promotes the release of histamine, to which many of us are sensitive. If I were you, I would try taking a Claritin to see if it helps.
Hope you feel better soon.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
Starting over with the boneless, organic, chicken breast and rice diet is what I would do. Do you think the stress factor of a new job may have contributed? Good luck getting back on track. I'm like you 80% GF and 20% screw-up.
