Here's a list that Luce asked me to post for her, apparently from the Houston Celiac Support Group, as provided by the Oklahoma City Celiac Support Group. Be aware that almost all of it contains either dairy, corn, soy, or some other items to which you might be intolerant. So far I haven't found anything on the list that I can safely eat, but it is gluten-free:
