Bristol Stool Chart

Post by gluten »

Hi everyone, This is not a dinner table discussion. I found a Bristol Stool Chart online. Just search " Have You Examined Your Stools/Poos Lately ' It explains eight different types. I am working hard to get back to No. 3 or 4. I follow a g-f, no refined sugar and limited diary diet. I have MC and have improved to a BM a day or one every three days and solid stools. That is down from five to seven BM'S a day. I do not take any meds, only supplements from Trace Elements, Garden of Life Products and my protein shakes. I work with g-f, and muscular dystrophy support groups. I found the medical definition of dystrophy interesting " defective and faulty nutrition, especially in the muscular dystrophies ". I have met many people with FSHD that have a colitis. Jon

WELCOME Jon. It sounds like you were on the right track even before you found this group! You will find some very knowledgable people here. Ask most any question and feel free to share your thoughts.
