Oh my Tex, what a project!! You do remember what sleep is???

Tex I certainly would not sweat it too much, the important part is the content not the minor formatting issues. I've read through chapter one and am impressed. I'm finishing another book that Polly recommended at the moment but will soon dive into yours.

Congratulations again Tex, I like your style of writing.

Joe,

Yes, if I can get the info in the book, (including the references), to work mostly correctly, I reckon I'll just have to hope that most folks will tolerate the little idiosyncrasies that Kindle introduces. :sigh:

 I do still remember what sleep is, and I hope to be doing a lot more of that in a few days.

Thanks — you're a patient man.

Joe, and anyone else who bought the Kindle version before I was able to get the problems corrected,

I uploaded the upgraded Kindle version, and I see that it's now back online. I think that I've fixed the problems (though I'm not positive about the blank segments that were previously added here and there. The text was all there, but as you know, there were blank gaps that had to be skipped over. The live contents links to the chapters, and the live links to the internet seem to work correctly. When I tried the online preview, the text seemed to flow smoothly, but who knows what the downloaded version will be like.

When I was checking out live links to reference articles, I noticed that the FDA had changed their warning on anti-TNF drugs, to add a risk of infections by legionella and listeria bacteria (this was added already last year), so I changed the reference and a sentence concerning that label change in chapter 4 in both versions. Consequently it will probably be sometime tomorrow before the printed version is available again.

Hopefully, everything is now in order, and I can start getting some sleep again. LOL.
