Muscle weakness with MC,CC, LC

Hi , Does anybody experience muscle weakness?

I did back when I was still reacting. Fatigue, muscle weakness, balance issues, joint inflammation, aches and pains, muscle aches and pains, migraines, stiff sore neck and lower spine, brain fog, nausea, and probably a few I've forgotten were regular symptoms along with the uncontrollable D. That all faded away after diet changes allowed the leaky gut to heal.

I don't, but I've been partially diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that can lead to muscle weakness....Dermatomyositis. I have the Amyopathic form, which means I only have skin involvement thus far. With MC, we are prone to developing other autoimmune diseases. Now I have to have my muscle enzymes checked twice a year or if I develop muscle weakness.

Hi Gluten,

I can't remember if you are taking Entocort or not? Despite the fact that I lifted weights throughout my big flare I had a significant amount of muscle atrophy that I noticed after getting off of Entocort.
I'm not sure if it was from the disease or as a side effect of Entocort usage.

I'm pretty darned weak even though I work out. And oh, is my skin thin. I bruise just from touching a door jam or something equally innocuous.

Yes, still on one Entocort.

I've lost a lot of my strength but am not sure how much is from lack of use and how much is from being sick. It is horribly frustrating.
