[ Diamine Oxidase ] is this the missing histamine enzyme

Post by gluten »

Hi, Thank you Polly for the great post about histamine. I researched it and found the enzyme " diamine oxidase " as the missing enzyme that is the body defense to keep the histamines at a normal level. I take enzymes with every meal as I have MC and MD. I will check the list of enzymes to see if there is any diamine oxidase. I see you bought " Histame " , and I will purchase some also after checking out the ingredients and its source. I found an interesting site " Histamine Intolerance-Allergy UK" www.allergyuk.org/...food.../histamine-intolerance- United Kingdom. I also found informatiom about "Histapenia and Histadella" Low and high histamine types. That led to very interesting reading as to just how important it is that we need a balanced body biochemistry. G.,

there is a thread going on right now that Polly started all about this subject. Look on the main board under My histamine experiment...by Polly

You'll get your answers right there...
