NEW Gluten Free snack I found

Post by cjbndtsn »

I realize some of you may not be able to have popcorn or cheese but Orville Reddenbacher has a "NEW" White Cheddar and a Farmhouse Cheddar Gluten Free popcorn out. THey both are delicious and I haven't had any issues with either of them. Red bags.....kinda different packaging from his other stuff but I have found them at several stores. Hope those that can tolerate the popcorn or the cheese will enjoy it. I've tried several others and they were just tasteless.....these are yummy snacks.
Just an FYI to anyone interested

I was paying too much money for yummy GF popcorn snacks like popcorners (my kids and I inhaled them), I've also gotten weary of poosible gluten contamination in corn chips, so I'm making my own popcorn whenever I can now and it's delicious and much healthier!

You can't get this at a movie theater!

1/2 cup organic popping corn
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Pop in a stainless steel pot
When popping is complete, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and Redmond salt.

I also pop my own in coconut oil, but it the microwave in a large pyrex bowl with a "vented plate cover" on top. I use more oil than you Z ( about 1 1/2 TBSP to 1/4 cup corn) , but I don't drizzle anything on top. I just salt. DELICIOUS!
