Cherries - the new super fruit?

Post by desertrat »

Has anyone tried cherry juice or its version in pill form? Just came across a great article touting the amazing benefits of cherries, especially with its ability to reduce inflammation!

Hi Mandy,

I tried Cheribundi or however you spell that one. Think it was unsweetened...there's more than one version. Made it into a coctail of just Canada Dry and part juice...fewer calories that way, and a nice refreshing cold drink for our fierce summer temps some days this summer. Juice and carbonated water aren't good for one's enamel, so drink any of those with a straw if you must.

It was fairly expensive as I recall, thus the need to dilute with the Canada Dry, and make it last a while. Hope
that was enough to do some good.

I like tart things. Can't evaluate for inflammation because I apparently haven't had any to speak of in a number of years.

Let us know what you think of it.
