my poor feet

I'm not on here much, and awhile ago, I asked if the tingling, sensitivity in my feet could be connected to LC, and yes it is. Ok, does anyone have any recommendations on how to get some relief? Thanks again

You can pick up the metanx equivalent of b vitamins over the counter or on line. I bought the metanx equivalent of B vitamins at vitamin shoppe. I'm taking the equivalent of 1 metanx per day. I believe the prescription dose is two per day.

Metanx uses the active form of vitamins B-12, B-9, and B-6. Each tablet contains:

I have the same problem, but can't take the metanx. Tex I think you are right about me being one who can't handle large doses...anyway, alcohol exacerbates the problem for me, so if you drink at all you may want to stop for a while. Oddly enough, the thing that helped my tingling go away was the zyrtec. Now I do not know if this was because the zyrtec helped lower the inflammation that was causing the tingling, or if the histamine in my feet was causing it. Anyway, I just wanted to share what worked for me. I am so sorry about this for you! Makes it hard to sleep

Let us know if you find something that works. I definitely think you should try the metanx. It worked for me at first.
