Funny, one of my clients came in asking me about this book. Her hairdresser told her that he lost 18 pounds from getting rid of wheat. I had to laugh a little. She knows what I have been going through and all the foods I have had to give up. I think in this book, he emphasizes the fact that it's ( wheat) been genetically modified for being the reason for all the trouble, but I haven't read the book. She is reading it now and will loan it to me when she is done. Anything that gets more people to give it up is a good thing.
