I purchased the book by Wayne, but have not received it as yet. Open to other books on the subject that any of you may have read.

dsimmons, unfortunately there isn't a lot of information "out there". Your best source of information is really here and Tex's book. We've found most of our doctors are clueless in knowing how to treat this disease. Most of us here have been able to get our lives back. Deb

I just ordered Tex's book this morning. Hoping to understand this disease a lot better. I am having a hard time giving up all the foods that I need to. Tested high on the big four plus almond, chicken, rice as the highest reactivity. Also corn and oat were shown to be reactive. Safe on tuna, white potato, beef, cashew, pork and walnut. Not as bad as it could be but I am still having trouble getting my head around the restrictions. Hoping and praying (yes) that the knowledge Tex gives me will help.
