squeeky sounds

You know those high-pitched squeeky sounds that emanate from one's intestines? I've got them yesterday and today after not having them for decades. What's that from?

I did eat two one-scoop ice cream Sundays last week (on Friday and Saturday). Maybe that would cause it? I feel fine although I did have a loose BM today after having a meal with lentils in it last night.

I'm 9 on dairy, FWIW.
Also have sleep apnea

I was wondering about that 9 score and the casein. Should be OK but....
Also have sleep apnea
