Coconut

Post by DebE13 »

If it comes out exactly as it went it, is it worth eating? I eat shredded coconut as a treat but wonder if there's any value to it.

I put my dogs on it until I read somewhere that a Harvard doc doesn't really recommend it for daily use. It was highly recommended by Whole Dog Journal, though.

A friend who has a husband with dementia uses it and says it helps him. There is also a video that makes it look like a miracle for dementia.

So, I dunno. :???:

Interesting article. I haven't noticed any benefits but figured it couldn't hurt. It's been the closest thing I could get to dessert but if it isn't digesting then maybe it's not worth eating.
