Frost alerts and trips

We have a frost alert here this am and I think my nerves are bothering me (regarding surgery) and have caused me to make several trips to the bathroom this am....was trying to get out the door to go do laundry in town.....the throne seat is very cold with this frost alert out. Anyway will check in later...I think I can head out the door now. love Oma

Hope you were able to get the laundry done. Have a nice cup o' green tea or something to calm those nerves. Maybe peppermint tea, they say that is good. I'm not a tea lover--coffee is my drink, nerves or no nerves!

As they say in Liz's country, "No worries!" Trust your doctor and then give yourself time to recover. You'll do great.
