Thanks to all of you. We had a great time. It is so beautiful up there. We drove. With no traffic and no snow, it only takes us a little over three hours to get there. We did some hiking and had third row seats to a Dave Mason concert! My husband and I are very lucky to have each other.

I do have to say that all the eating out was tough. I took some chances and paid a bit for them. When we went to a very nice restaurant, I indulged in some white wine and I also ordered a seared tuna dinner that I know had some soy. The next day was not great ( two WD), but I was still able to enjoy my time and I think I am already on the mend. The thing that makes me think that I am definitely mending is that I seem to come out of these little blips pretty fast. I am now on week seven of being off Entocort. I think I am going to make it to the big eight week mark! At least I'm hoping.

On a side note, I'm having problems again getting notices of ongoing posts, so sorry if I haven't answered someone.
