My back is killing me is this a symptom?

Post by misslilly »

Hi
It has been a while since I have been here. My Colitis has been quiet, until now. I have been sick for 2wks and now my back and my shoulders are very sore . Has anyone had this symptom? I am calling the Dr tomorrow since I seem to have an OK day and then a really bad day.

MissLilly, I had chronic back and neck pain for decades before my MC struck. I now have minimal pain, if any. I attribute most of that to increasing my Vitamin D levels and eliminating gluten. Deb

Hi,

Yes, I believe that's very common with this disease. When I was reacting, my back was often stiff and very painful. My neck was also stiff and sore. I felt as though I had a bad case of the flu.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
