Ooohhh I love apple butter and have never seen pumpkin butter but will definitely look for it now. I want to make those coconut oil krispy treats for my daughter when she comes home for the holidays--- they sound delish! Thanks for the tips and recipe Leah!

I'm a little late on this, but welcome, Dawn!

I have to confess that I sometimes snack on marshmallows, too. Food Should Taste Good has some safe chips, and Back to Nature has some safe crackers. I like the sesame rice ones. Also, Enjoy Life Very Berry bars are a nice change from Lara bars. Not quite so sweet.

You can blend together 2 ripe bananas, 1\4 c. almond butter, 1\4 water, 2 Tbsp cocoa and 1 Tbsp vanilla to make popsicles. I got the recipe from Elana's Pantry. My grandson enjoys the popsicles (he's allergic to milk), so he and I eat those while the rest of the family eats ice cream. Sometimes I freeze it in a bowl, and if I get it before it freezes solid, it make a nice bowl of ice cream.

Love,
Martha

I never particularly liked rice crispy treats but right about now it sounds pretty good. I think I'll try it.
