Chinese Food

Post by Mars »

Ok - is Chinese food, to be specific:

Broccoli, chicken over rice (w/soy sauce) ok?

FYI - ONLY GF diet right now.

I asked the proper questions but they didn't understand English very well

No problems so far - ate about an hour ago.

No change in the plurisy - only taken 2 doses of anti-inflamatory so far. Spread to the other side of my chest now and makes my arms weak.

I guess I will have to give it until Monday to see if it begins to work. Friday will be too soon and then the weekend, so...........

Hi Mars!

Unfortunately, soy sauce is made from wheat! But you can buy one (usually in the health food store) that is made from soybeans only. I hope you don't have too much of a flare.

Also hope the pleurisy starts to improve soon - we don't need to wait two whole weeks! Now is fine, right?

Love,

Polly
