Adam, my son (whose first working meeting re: his program with Disney is Thursday - can you feel the pride oozing out of my pores?) works 18 or so hours a day, and more sometimes. He might be going to direct animation in the new movie they are doing "A Winter's Tale", so his plate will be really full, but of work.
I have been cooking up stuff for him - making TV meals so he can take it out of the freezer, heat and eat, and it's all home made and healthy. I am trying to make as much as possible because I will be away for 6 weeks. I can't possibly make enough for 6 weeks (his freezer is really small!), but I will do my best to give him healthy choices.
The recipes will help a lot!
BTW - I have always cooked for the freezer. It's horrible to cook in Israel in the summer, so I cooked and baked for a large freezer by May, and always had enough (boosted by BBQs and picnics) to last me through September.
Now I would like to make stuff that I can eat too!

Great timing........I'm actually getting ready to go back to work part-time and thought to myself............gee I need to make up stuff and throw in the freezer for me to take for lunches and easy fix supper once I get home. Retirement just isn't my thing yet.......I'm too bored. I've even painted frames around my framed pictures in my garage.......lol. If I would just be sitting in the house.........I wanted to eat. Thanks for the tip to the website.
