Very true about the fruit juices. Most of us seem to have trouble with citric acid until our gut heals.

I'm one who can't handle coffee at all. I was OK with coffee before MC.

A friend with LC says she just can't live w/o coffee but her bowels are horrible, especially at night - and she's on Entocort. Can coffee be a problem 12 or more hours after drinking it?
Also have sleep apnea

:shrug: Most people are affected pretty quickly, but I suppose anything is possible, since reactions are kind of an individual thing.
