Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin Cake

4 eggs
1-2/3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
15 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups GF flour blend
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamom
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin
Add the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth
Spread the batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish
Bake at a preheated 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Let cool
Add the topping of your choice
