Pork Tenderloin In The Slow Cooker

Post by Dee »

2 pound pork tenderloin
3 tablespoons McCormick dry onion flakes
1 cup beef broth
3/4 cup red wine
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons "mock" soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Place the tenderloin in the slow cooker
Mix together the onion flakes, beef broth, red wine, soy sauce, black pepper
Pour over the tenderloin
Then put the minced garlic on the top of the tenderloin
Cook on low 6-8 hours

"Mock Soy Sauce"
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons dark molasses
¾ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
For this recipe I added a teaspoon of roasted sesame oil to the soy sauce recipe.
