Hi, The g-f mixes contain refined sugar, white rice flour, tapioca and potato starch. All have no nutritional value. Jon

Just like not all gluten foods are healthy, not all gluten free foods are healthy. I couldn't watch the video but her write-up sounded like she didn't do much research. "a disorder which makes it difficult to digest gluten" .... not too accurate! Where's the proven research that a gluten diet is healthy?
