Chicken breasts-GF Pasta-Broccoli Toss

Take 3-4 boneless chicken breasts and place in a casserole dish.
Melt 1/4 cup of Ghee or for those that can use stick butter, melt a half of a stick and pour over chicken breasts. Then season with salt, pepper, onion powder of flakes, and 6 cloves of of fresh minced garlic. Bake those at 350 for about 45-60 minutes, covered. Keep the drippings.
Then take 1/2 package of Tinkyada spaghetti (GF) and boil according to directions just about the time the chicken breasts should be coming out of the oven. Drain.
Also, take a package of fresh broccoli and clean and boil the heads for exactly 7 minutes and drain.
Slice the breasts and then then toss the spaghetti, the drippings, broccoli and breasts all together. This dish shouldn't be dry when all is together and if you want you can add a little chicken broth if you like it a little more saucey....
