Ant is absolutely correct, Julie!

And the major reason for my flares, I have found, is STRESS! I have really been working on managing stress better (we can never fully get rid of it - LOL) by increasing my aerobic and weight-lifting exercises, and meditating on a regular basis (nothing mysterious about this - just setting aside quiet time every day to relax and stop obsessing about whatever is in my mind). Throughout the day, whenever I feel the stress starting up, I try to relax for a few seconds, take a few deep breaths, and focus on the present (and not what's in my mind).

Just a thought - have you tried an antihistamine? Some of us have found it helps. Hope you feel better soon.

Hugs,

Polly
