Actually, Nov 7 was a sick day but guess what? In the last week I came on here, I have started a "plan of action" and I affirm that next year, Nov 7 will be phenomenal!

Day 7 of my 8 per day Pepto Bismol plus Curelle X 8 weeks. More energy today, less D, I even got some house cleaning done. My optimism today is SUCH a contrast to how I feel when I am in the bathroom all day.

Thanks so much for all of your wishes. You made me smile when I saw this. I hope you realize how much you mean to those on the lonely path to recovery.
