Yardwork and kids pee

Post by m »

Permit me to bitXX a little. Yesterday was the day from hell. I woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep so I got up and started cleaning. Cleaned the whole downstairs (windows and all) and then laid down for a nap when I remember I was suppose to help my friend rake leaves. So I call her up and go over there and help her with this massive amount of leaves (I remember now why I like to live in a condo) and right at the end I get a call from work. Some kid has peed in an exhibit we have. Its one of those ball pits like they sometimes have at McDonalds. Well I was afraid this type of bodily accident would happen eventually so my staff of 2 and I had prepared and "emergency clean up kit" and assigned weekend duty in case of this eventuality. MY weekend was LAST weekend, however, one of them is sick and the other went out of town. So guess who's left. So I rounded out this fun filled day by shoveling urine coated plastic balls out of a large pup tent into plastic bags for cleaning. The fun never ends sometimes,

Oh. Melissa!

That is the day from hell for sure! It's never any fun when there is no time left for something that you really WANT to do! I hope the rest of the weekend is much better.

I had to laugh about the kid peeing in the ball pit......so typical but definitely not at all funny to you yesterday.

Love,

Polly

m,

Sorry about the kid's accident! At least it was a kid. I often find brown spots in my flowers, from grownups that get drunk at weddings and have to go in the great outdoors. It's so obvious I wish I could tell them I know what they did!!! I'm considering planting thorny bushes in their favorite spots. I just haven't figured out how to booby trap them so that they fling into the guy while he's going.

Your post reminds me of a story I heard about three guys that had been out drinking on a rainy night and stopped to relieve themselves on the side of a country road.

All three hit an electic fence.

A shocking story but a similar idea might work to protect your flowers.

HaHaHaHa!

Matthew

This may be one of those urban legends but makes a good story anyway.
