Losing my brain!

Hello friends,

I have been having brain fog lately...I don't know if it's from the entecort which I stopped taking lately or the elavil I am taking... I need to find the supplements that would help me clear my mind..I am having short term memory, can't recall things fast enough...I need my brain back!

Anybody has any ideas as to what to take for this? Would super b-complex help?

Monique I would suspect the Elavil, it's known to make you sleepy. Vitamin B is a good bet, I have a higher potency B complex that has helped me with brain function with all of the meds and overall lack of sleep these past months.

iron deficiency can cause foggy brain, have you had blood levels checked recently??
