Hi, Last week I did an accidental experiment. I ran out of my garlic supplement. I take two a day of Kyolic No 102 formula. What I noticed was a much less gas and no urgency for BM's. But the urgency to urinate increased. That led me to investigate why. You could write a term paper on the information. So, I will list the some of the sites in two, Friend or Foe. I finally got my garlic supplements and have cut back to one a day. Garlic is good for prostate health and help stop enlargement and the urgency.
