Good morning - update!

Hi everyone! Aches and pains are getting better each day. The neck is still sore but resting the weight usually helps (leaning it against the back of the chair instead of leaving it upright to bear the weight on my shoulders).

The knee is another story - I have to be very aware of the way I am stepping down on it and not to turn it. It will be sore for quite some time, I'm afraid.

I now have a sinus infection - wonder if it has anything to do with the neck injury knocking things out of kilter??!!!

I am undergoing various tests to see if the blood in the urine is anything to worry about. Saw the Urologist yesterday and I am scheduled for an ultrasound today and a test of the bladder next Tuesday. YUK, had that one before my bladder tuck surgery many years ago.

Other than that............things are moving right along. Can't believe it is holiday time already - it doesn't seem like November and Turkey time already! :turkey: Christmas is toooooo close for my liking. Image

Have a great day everyone!

Love and many hugs,
Mars

Mars, I am glad you are starting to feel a little better. It seems that when our necks are strained or out or whatever, other parts of us suffer. Don't know if it has anything to do with getting sick in other ways, but it does lead to lack of sleep and that leads to our bodies not recovering like they should, so maybe there is something to that. I hope all is well with your tests, and that it is nothing more serious. Stay rested and take care.

Gentle hugs
Wendy
