I saw a Rheumy in October and he did some blood work...
I have slightly elevated liver enzymes
a positive SMA and postive ANA
I also have a low WBC (it has been low ever since January if this year)
I have a visit with my GI in a few weeks bc the Rheumy thinks I may have Autoimmune Hep. Can anyone chime in on any of these results? Especially my low WBC.

i've read that elevated liver enzymes are commonly found in celiacs so possibly in gluten intollerants too.
Although less common; positive ANA is also found occasionally in celiacs.

ANA positive can also point to a multi system disorder so keep track on that one with your doctors!
low white bloodcel count can be an indication of the immune system not functioning as it should do but is also found in people who are on immuno suppressants. If you are still on Entocort than that might be a cause for ow WBC. (it was in my case)
note that i'm not a doctor and am merely trying to share what i found out so far in the hope that it get's you a step further in your search for answers

If I recall correctly, Jenny and her doctors are currently trying to rule out mast cell activation disorder (MCAD) and/or systemic mastocytosis.

WBC results are sometimes low because there are fewer white cells in circulation (available to a blood test sample), due to their concentration in local areas of inflammation in the body.
