I've been a lurker here for a couple months, voraciously reading everything I can get my hands on about MC. Just ordered Tex's book, too. I was Dx with LC a couple months ago, after two years of wondering what's wrong with me. That's a story I shouldn't get in to here.
Anyway, here's an interesting study and, perhaps, opportunity. I'm thinking, and sort of hoping, that everyone on this board would be interested in participating in this study, given the kind of information I hope (and, currently, presume) we could get out of it: what's in our gut!

What's interesting, at least in a way, is that if each person registered on this board "donated" $300, we'd fund their entire study. Seems like a not-so-huge sum. But then we wouldn't get any info on what a normal person's microbiome looks like.
