Very interesting! I'm hoping that getting off the wheat will prevent me from getting diabetes. Love to hear stories like Wendy's. I also noticed that my heartburn has gone down a lot. It came back when I started eating a lot more meat but seems to not be a problem anymore. I also went to a cardio doctor in February with heart palps....have had them for some time. After going GF, they went away (doctor found nothing wrong other than a very mild Mitral Valve Prolapse). I did have some palps the week of Thanksgiving but I'm assuming it was due to my overindulgence in sugar.
