THE ENDING of a WEEKEND

Post by barbaranoela »

Greetings dear friends---

Nothing un-usual to talk about
Watched the clips of the Tornado and couldnt believe what I saw--

Lou bought me a walk-a-meter to wear clipped onto my sweats--
Boy, Just what I wanted too--- hahahaha
Accoring to this I have walked(around the house) 1052 steps???

Now isnt this Xciting to read---

I do have a story to relate but it will be sorta *long* but interesting--

And we still havent gotten anything ready for our trip---I think we chose a bad time to DRIVE--
The *left-over* stone still didnt make an appearance?
So HE and ME are having conflicting issues over this subject :hissyfit:

Next week Kait will be visiting a college in the next town from us~~~
We are all going to see what its like----tuitions are waaaaay high!!! :yikes:
Hope the *X* coughs up some :dollarsign:

And thats it----

Till later-keep a smile
luve Barbara :flyingdoveleft:

:music: :music: Have you worn out the new Rod CD yet? :music: :music:

Lazy day at my house today. Did some laundry, cooked, cleaned a few floors and then watched football the rest of the day. There's a movie on at 9 I would like to see, can't remember the name of it......???

Wish Louie would quit being so stingy and hogging the stone all to himself....

......and how about that - a walk-a-meter - guess Louie wasn't thinking on that gift - now you can just PROVE how hard you work around there!! Teehee  (Sorry Lou - couldn't resist)

Kait must be so excited to be visiting colleges :graduate: ! Hopefully she will find one that meets all her needs and it won't be far from home.

Have a delightful evening!

:pulsinghearts:

Hi, Barb

When are you leaving for AZ? What is going on with Lou's stone? Sounds like there is stil some of it there. What are they going to do about it? Are they just waiting and want him to see a doc in AZ? I can't remember what you said...but it doesn't sound like fun walking around waiting for something to happen with it!

How are you feeling? You two have had a very trying year!! Probably be nice to get away to somewhere different.

Great news about Kait going to college. I know it is expensive, how about a grant or student loan?

I look foreward to reading your messages every day, you are a bright spot! Thanks Barb.

Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."

HI Barb,

Far from boring at my end. Worked Friday night until 11:00 PM and then on Saturday and Sunday we started decorating the outside of our home. Guess it was leftover energy from a week of solid decorating here. Could not resist the warm temps to do it and we are having company on Thanksgiving weekend and want to have it done by then.

Hope Lou's stone starts hauling arse before you can get going.

Love you and do miss chatting and hopefully I can get to that soon.

Love, Maggie
